At Tanzite Stonedecks, we want to ensure your outdoor living space is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused stone tiles and installation components in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut materials and special orders are final sale to maintain our high quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why the items are being returned.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all stone tiles are securely repalletized or boxed in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once approved, we will coordinate a freight pickup from your location; please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned materials for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
